By accessing and using the PBS Authority Portal ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
Eligibility
Our Service is intended for use by:
- Registered medical practitioners in Australia
- Authorized healthcare professionals
- Clinic administrative staff with appropriate authorization
You must have the legal authority to access and manage patient information in your jurisdiction.
User Responsibilities
Account Security
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) when available
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Do not share your account with others
Professional Conduct
- Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations and privacy laws
- Ensure accuracy of all information submitted
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Respect patient confidentiality and privacy
- Maintain current professional registration and credentials
Service Description
The PBS Authority Portal provides:
- Digital PBS authority application forms
- Submission tracking and management
- Patient record management
- Renewal reminders and notifications
- Integration with government PBS systems
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Access or attempt to access accounts that don't belong to you
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use automated scripts or bots without authorization
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Use the Service for fraudulent purposes
Data Ownership and Usage
Your Data: You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service.
Our Rights: You grant us the right to use your data to provide and improve the Service, and to share it with relevant authorities (e.g., Department of Health for PBS submissions).
Backup and Security: We maintain backups of your data for disaster recovery purposes.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MedFlow Solutions and are protected by:
- Copyright laws
- Trademark laws
- Other intellectual property rights
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

- Error-free operation
- Freedom from viruses or harmful components

Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that use of the Service will be error-free.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEDFLOW SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Service interruptions or errors
- Unauthorized access to your data
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, if any.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedFlow Solutions from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Any content you submit through the Service
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Extended periods of inactivity
- At our sole discretion
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
